Much of Irleand are inflicted with poverty. The Families with the worst conditions are the ones who only have one working personin the household. It gets even worse when one of the supposes ups and leaves their family which happens fairly often in Ireland. This factors  in to most of the people not han=ving medical aid because they dont have the sufficent funds to pay for it. Which this is an even worse factor because it results in these people falling ill then dying.
